The New York State Department of Tourism is set to open the two parks on Saturday morning, the department said in a statement on Friday.
The parks are expected to open at 4:30 a.m. local time, meaning it will be the third day of the opening weekend, which was initially set for Saturday.
The park is located at the entrance to the Paris Gardens, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city, according to the statement.
The two parks are the first in the world to open this year.
They are part of a major overhaul of the Parisian capital in 2017, which included a new shopping district, the opening of an outdoor cinema, and the addition of the Louvre Museum and other cultural attractions.
