The Pittsburgh Zoo has a new attraction: the Sensational Escape attraction.
Located in the zoo’s indoor waterpark, the attraction is set to open this summer, but it will only be open to visitors with a valid ZooPass.
The attraction will offer guests a thrilling ride through the zoo, where they’ll be able to escape to a virtual “escape room” and explore a virtual aquarium.
The ride will be based on the popular “Sensation” attraction in the Disneyland Resort.
Visitors will be able enter the attraction by selecting the “SENSATION” theme, which is a popular one for kids ages 4-12.
Guests will then be able walk around the zoo and see a variety of different attractions, such as a penguin aquarium, a zoo zoo, a penguins habitat, a fish tank, and more.
There are two different modes of entry: for adults and for children.
The adult mode will be open for the first three weeks of its inaugural season, and then will be closed to visitors.
The children’s mode will open on Oct. 17, but will be limited to those ages 12 and under.
The zoo will have a wait list for those who are unable to attend, so be sure to sign up if you plan on visiting.
The new attraction is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors a year, according to the zoo.
