The Tennessee Titans are the latest team to make the “chattahooche” a part of their official logo, with a video from the team’s training camp showing the team practicing using the design.
“I love the ‘chattah’ logo,” Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said on the training camp website.
“It’s very easy to read.
You can just see the ‘Chattah,’ so we wanted to make sure we had that logo as well.
It’s a cool symbol to have around your logo.”
Fisher added the team is also experimenting with the design on other teams and “we’re going to see what happens.”
“It’s really fun to play with the team and we’re going with that now,” Fisher said.
“The ‘chatch’ is really cool.”
The “chatch” has been used on the team since it was created in 2011.
“Chatch” was a play on the word “champ,” a reference to a term that describes a person who wins an argument, according to the Nashville Tennessean.
